The chap in the shop was extremely helpful and went off to check the product, he wasn't able to sort out my query immediately but he would get back to me with the information. I received a text within 30 minutes to confirm that the description was correct. I placed my order on a Thursday morning and the item was delivered on the Saturday. Helpful staff, good communication, great price and quick delivery - the perfect customer experience.
